What makes cancer so hard to fight against?

Cancer is a group of diseases with different risk factors. Therefore, the treatment for each type of cancer is different. Some cancers may have no symptoms until they are in the late stages which make them harder to treat. The earlier the cancer is detected, the better the cure rate.
